About This Trail

McElhanney Trail is a multi-use community trail on the north end of Ferry Island in Terrace. The trail travels through the island's forested surroundings and forms part of the Ferry Island trail system. The original trail was designed and constructed as a community legacy project, with later extensions and a footbridge added to expand the route.

Getting There

Directions

Travel to Ferry Island in Terrace and follow the signed trail system toward the north end of the island. McElhanney Trail is integrated with the surrounding Ferry Island trail network.
