About This Trail

Hey Boo-Boo is a beginner-friendly singletrack trail in the Terrace Mountain network near Terrace. The trail features gentle slopes and a forested setting, making it suitable for riders, hikers, and trail runners of various skill levels. It provides an easier alternative to the nearby Hey Bear trail.

Getting There

Directions

Access the trail from Spring Creek Road. From the Spring Creek parking lot, follow the access road for approximately 500 metres to the signed trail entrance on the left. Follow the posted directional signage.

Parking

Use the established Spring Creek parking area. Parking may be limited, so park responsibly and keep the access road clear for other vehicles and trail users.

Safety & Preparation

  • Green-rated beginner trail suitable for a wide range of skill levels.
  • The beginning has a short section of two-way traffic; downhill riders should yield to uphill users.
  • The remainder of the trail follows a counter-clockwise one-way direction; follow posted signs.
  • Expect gentle forest terrain and potentially wet or soft conditions after rain.
  • A bridge is present on the trail; use caution when surfaces are wet.
  • Watch for hikers, cyclists, and trail runners.
  • Dogs are permitted; follow local leash requirements.
  • Be alert for wildlife, including bears.
