About This Trail

Sexecutioner is a technical downhill mountain bike trail in the Copper Mountain trail network near Terrace. It is part of the area’s steep, old-school downhill terrain, with natural forest features and challenging sections suited to experienced riders. The trail is also included in the Techy Time route and is rated Black Diamond.

Getting There

Directions

Access the Copper Mountain trail network using the main Copper Mountain access road. From the upper network, follow the current trail map toward Packhorse and the connected downhill trails leading to Sexecutioner. Check current trail conditions and access restrictions before riding.

Parking

Park only in established or permitted staging areas near the Copper Mountain access road. Do not block gates, industrial roads, or access routes.

Safety & Preparation

  • Black Diamond technical mountain-bike trail; recommended for experienced riders.
  • Expect steep terrain, roots, rocks, and natural or constructed technical features.
  • Trail conditions and features can change, particularly after heavy rain or maintenance.
  • Copper Mountain has several unsanctioned or variably maintained trails; ride at your own risk.
  • Watch for other riders and industrial vehicles on access roads.
  • Carry an offline map, basic repair/recovery equipment, and appropriate protective gear.
  • Be alert for wildlife, including bears, and follow local wildlife-safety practices.
