About This Trail

Lucky Seven is a technical downhill mountain bike trail in the Copper Mountain trail network near Terrace. It is a singletrack route with a flowy character, steep sections, berms, and technical natural terrain. The trail descends toward Old Lakelse Lake Drive and is considered a Black Diamond ride. It is also used by e-bikes, hikers, and trail runners.

Getting There

Directions

From Terrace, access the Copper Mountain trail network and follow the current trail map toward the upper trails parking area and Lucky Seven. The trail descends through the Copper Mountain network toward the lower access near Old Lakelse Lake Drive.

Parking

Parking is available at the upper trails parking area near the trail access. Additional parking is available at lower Copper Mountain access areas. Do not block access roads or areas used by other vehicles.

Safety & Preparation

Lucky Seven is rated Black Diamond and includes steep, technical terrain. Ride within your ability and use appropriate protective equipment. Trail conditions can change after heavy rain, storms, or maintenance work. Watch for other riders and trail users, and be prepared for limited cell service and wildlife, including bears. Trailforks reports that the trail has previously experienced weather-related damage, so check current conditions before riding.
