Getting There

Directions

From Terrace, travel north on Highway 113 (Nisga’a Highway). Continue to the Wesach Mountain access, approximately 38.5 km north of Terrace. Follow the signed forestry-road access toward the trailhead. The access road can be rough, so check current conditions before travelling.

Parking

Limited parking is available near the trailhead. Park only in established or safe pullout areas and keep forestry roads clear for other vehicles.

Safety & Preparation

This is an advanced mountain route with steep and rugged terrain. Conditions can change quickly as the trail reaches higher elevations, with snow possible outside the main summer season. The access road is rough and high-clearance/4WD is recommended. Carry an offline map, adequate water and emergency supplies, and be prepared for limited cell service and wildlife encounters, including bears.
