Getting There

Directions

From Terrace, travel south on Highway 37 toward Kitimat. Follow the signs for Lakelse Lake Provincial Park / Furlong Bay Campground. Enter the campground and follow the internal campground road toward the designated loop and walking areas.

Parking

Parking is available within the Furlong Bay Campground in designated areas. During the camping season, follow campground parking rules and avoid blocking campground roads, sites, or emergency access routes.

  • Stay on designated paths and campground roads.
  • Watch for vehicles, bicycles, and other campground users.
  • Trails and forest areas can become wet, muddy, or slippery after rain.
  • Bears and other wildlife may be present; keep food and garbage securely stored.
