Getting There

Directions

From Kitimat, follow Highway 37 toward the Hirsch Creek area. Use the local access roads toward Hirsch Creek Park and follow trail signage or current GPS directions to the Hirshcreek Loop trail access.

Parking

Parking is available near the trail access, with visitors reporting that parking is generally easy. Use established parking areas or pullouts and avoid blocking roads, park entrances, or other access routes.

  • Expect wet, muddy, and slippery conditions after rainfall.
  • Dense vegetation can make sections of the trail feel overgrown, so stay attentive to the route.
  • Watch for exposed roots, fallen branches, and uneven ground.
