Getting There

Directions

From Tumbler Ridge, follow the designated access route toward the Byman Creek area. Portions of the route may utilize gravel or resource roads that can be rough, muddy, or affected by seasonal conditions. Visitors should check current road conditions before travelling and allow extra time for driving on unpaved roads.

Parking

A small parking area is available at or near the trailhead. Parking may be limited during peak hiking season. Park only in designated areas, avoid blocking gates or access roads, and leave room for emergency and maintenance vehicles.

Safety & Preparation

Exercise caution near the falls, creek crossings, and viewpoints, as rocks can be extremely slippery when wet.

Stay well back from cliff edges and steep drop-offs.

Water levels can rise rapidly following heavy rain or spring runoff.

Wildlife, including bears and moose, may be encountered along the trail.

Cell service may be limited or unavailable in remote areas.

Wear appropriate footwear and carry sufficient water, navigation tools, and emergency supplies.

Check weather forecasts and trail conditions before your trip.

Children and pets should be closely supervised near water and exposed viewpoints.
