Getting There

Directions

To reach Lower Anti Flow, travel from Smithers toward The Bluff recreation area via Highway 16 and follow access roads into the Hudson Bay Mountain trail network. From the main Bluff parking area, access the lower trail system and follow connecting routes into the Bermline or nearby flow trail area. Lower Anti Flow is typically found linking these lower network sections.

Parking

Parking is available at the main Bluff recreation area parking lot at the base of the trail system. Additional roadside pullouts may be available, but vehicles must not block gates, logging roads, or emergency access routes. Parking can be limited during busy riding days.

Safety & Preparation

Lower Anti Flow features tight, technical sections with roots and uneven terrain that can be challenging, especially when climbing. The trail may be ridden in both directions, so riders should be cautious of oncoming traffic. Wet conditions can make the trail slippery and more difficult to navigate. Riders should maintain control and be aware of intersections with other trails. Helmets are recommended.
